MiniBook X N150 cannot be used properly as a tablet

I am writing to report a problem with the tablet mode functionality on my Chuwi MiniBook X N150.

  • Operating System: Windows 11 Pro (fully updated)

  • Purchase Status: Acquired second-hand (no original purchase receipt).

Description of the Issue:
When I fully open the device into tablet mode, the automatic switching mechanism fails to work correctly. The specific problems are:

  1. The physical keyboard does not automatically disable.

  2. The on-screen touch keyboard does not appear when needed.

  3. The automatic screen rotation (based on the device’s orientation) does not function.

As a result, the device cannot be used properly as a tablet.

Could you please assist me in resolving this problem? I would appreciate it if you could:

  • Advise on specific drivers required for the sensors (accelerometer) and the convertible mode for this model.

  • Provide a link to the correct, complete driver package for the MiniBook X N150 running Windows 11 Pro.

  • Suggest any other troubleshooting steps I could take.

I see in the specifications that it has Windows 11 Home.

The drivers can be downloaded from the Chuwi website, Support, Downloads.

Thanks to your clear guidance, I have now found the correct driver section on the official Chuwi website using my device’s serial number (the downloads are in progress). I will also take a look at the Snappy Drivers Download app as you suggested.

I am writing to give you a final update and to express my deepest gratitude for your crucial help.

Following your guidance, I downloaded the drivers from the official website. While they alone did not solve the issue, the original OS image included in the same package turned out to be the perfect solution.

I have reinstalled the system from that image, and now everything works flawlessly: the tablet mode switches correctly, the physical keyboard disables, the on-screen keyboard appears, and the auto-rotation functions perfectly. The system is now on its native ā€œHomeā€ edition, exactly as it should be.

Thank you once again for taking the time to point me to the right resource. Your advice was invaluable and saved me a lot of frustration. The issue is now completely resolved.
