  4. After receiving the product, I applied the tablet mode (360 degree folding) after booting to check the operation status, but in other words, the screen does not rotate. After that, I downloaded all of the os/drivers provided by Windows 10/11/chuwi and reinstalled and reset more than 30 times to resolve this symptom. Still, the g sensor does not work properly as if it is broken. I will solve the driver problem somehow, but it is no longer possible to handle it with the official homepage. I hope you can find a solution

It’s a silly question, but is rotation lock off in Windows 11?

We may be talking about the same thing, but I’m pre-coffee, so I figured I’d check here…once you’re in Tablet mode, check the Settings > Display for the rotation lock slider…it’s grayed out in the screenshot here because I took the shot in laptop mode, but once I open computer to tablet mode, then it becomes an adjustable slider. That’s slid to off, and it’s still not adjusting the screen when the tablet is turned?

Send it back, and have a replace, you are still on the warranty period. Its probably that the sensor is not working properly.As you installed everything

Is there any way to do as or warranty repair in Korea? Or should I talk to the Aliexpress seller I bought? Aliexpress says that only refund/return is possible. If so, how should I get the warranty repair?

If you bought in Aliexpress, and want to return, you need to contact the seller in Aliexpress, they will help you do that.
