The original keyboard I have bought along with Chuwi Hi10Max cannot detect by my tablet now.

I always detach and attach it daily when I working in office. Because connect to big LCD then I have to use another Bluetooth keyboard for better working experience.

I suspect the original Hi10Max Chuwi keyboard’s ribbon cable internally broken. Using this keyboard about 1.5 years.

I have bought a new Chuwi Hi10Max keyboard due to urgently needed and tested working and no issues.

The original faulty keyboard can send repair or claim warrantly with Chuwi?

Because I am in Malaysia.

As far as I know, this is a user forum; Chuwi support doesn’t monitor it.

You bought it directly from Chuwi.
You can read the terms of sale and warranty policy.
You can contact technical support.

The warranty is usually for one year.

Guys, and good recommendation for the Chuwi Hi10Max Casing which come along with Bluetooth Keyboard ? Please share if there is. I am looking for 1 piece casing served with Bluetooth keyboard.

At least bluetooh keyboard dont have ribbon cable broken internal issues. Please shared if any of you using it and please recommend
