Hi12 battery issue

hello,

i have an issue with my hi12

if i boot on battery in full charge, the tablet starts but it shutdowns just before android os

if i boot it with charger connected, it boots correctly but it shutdowns after few minutes.

it is the same with windows 10

android softwares battery health checker give no error.

i have already installed the bios random shutdown fix.

i have check the solds points of the - and + connector of the battery and its ok.

is there a solution without change the battery ?
