Hello, Recently my HiPad Air suddenly stopped working. When I connect the charging cable, the Chuwi logo appears for about 4 seconds and the tablet switches off again.
I’ve tried all possible key combinations to restart but nothing helps.
I have also tried to contact the chuwi store and service via email but have not received an answer.
Can someone help me to solve the problem or replace the device with warranty?
