Hi, I have some problem trying to update firmware.
○ It says ‘Failed to get PMT info.’ And not finished firmware update…
And I did format the device in this tool and tried upgrading firmware again.
○ It says ‘ERROR : STATUS_UPLOAD_EXCEPTION (0xC0050004)
○ The device is dead. No respose at all. I cannot turn it on pressing power button for 30 seconds, power+volume down, power+Volume up. No charding logo when I plug the power cable in. It is like a brick.
How can I fix it?
(I bought a new ‘HiPad Plus’ device 1 week ago. Some error has occurs to me. And I am trying to update firmware. But I got more serious problem.
