In case someone else read this post_: Remember guys, Chuwi, is a Chinese company, (like many others) that thankfully is now famous and international. But even me being Spanish,and used to work for many years here in China, which Chinese colleagues, I still have culture issues at work. We foreigners, want to be attended in a very specific detailed way, we also work in a way, and even though Chinese companies learn a lot about us, and try their best ( i have seen it). Many times it will take years of their employees to know exactly how to communicate with us, and solve things in the proper and fast way. Many times its not they want to take our money, rob us, and not attend, is that sometimes what they think is right and what we think is right is totally different, and they will learn through mistakes with us and our complaints.
