need build number : HiPadMAX-680-ROW-2024-1127-U-V.1.9

What happens when you update from the settings ?

When I check the wireless update from the settings screen, it says “Your phone is already up to date.”

So what is the difference between the HiPadMAX-680-ROW-2024-1127-U-V.1.9 version and my HipadMAX-680-ROW-2022-1112-U-V.1.5?
If I had checked for the update earlier, would I have been able to apply it?

It’s probably for another series of the same model.

Write to service@chuwi.com and tell them to give you this file HiPadMAX-680-ROW-NEW-2024-1125-U-V.2.0 is the update that corresponds to your serial number

I have the same model as you and the same problem with not getting the OTA upgrade. Did they send you the latest firmware yet? I have emailed and setup a query but no replies. Thanks
