I recently bought a new Hi10 Max with a keyboard and a HiPen H7. My only question is how do I connect my HiPen to the laptop so I can use it properly?
Supposedly it should work automatically, did you insert batteries inside the pen?
Best regards
The battery already was in the pen when I got it out the package
Tech said there is no need of drivers or install
You could try this:

If still, try changing another batteries, and if not it is because the pen does not work It should be automatic.
Can you send it again…
Link is not working…
Thnks
I have a similar question: I have a CHUWI H7 stylus pen and I would like to know if it is compatible with Hipad 11 Tablet. If not, which tablet (10.1 inches) is compatible with that pen? May be Android or Windows

No its not, HiPad 11 does not have MPP.
Only Hi10max and Freebook is compatible with h7
TRY THIS: I just purchased Hi10 Max with stylus; stylus didnt work so I thought the battery must be dead. However, I noticed that CHUWI dipped one end of the battery in wax, apparently to extend the life until purchase. Just peal the wax off of the battery and it will work.
