HiPen H7 stopped working on HiPad-Pro

Hi There,

I’ve bought a new HiPad Pro with keyboard and HiPen H7 Stylus. At first the stylus worked but show broken lines when drawing and not really smooth. I thought it must be some setting but the HiPad Pro do not have any place to change settings for a stylus. A week later the stylus stopped working. The AAAA battery included tests 1.56V - Should still work.

  1. How can I test the stylus? There is no indication light on it.
  2. Should the tablet show the devise under Bluetooth devices or else ware?
  3. Am I suppose to download specific firmware for the stylus?
