Hi, my Hipen H7 suddenly stopped working 2 weeks ago, i toughtit was the battery but changing it hasn’t solved the problem, is there a driver or something that can be restored/reinstalled to make it work again?

try to hold down both buttons for +5 seconds. The H7 can be switched on and off in this way.
