Have you tried contacting CHUWI on the contacts they provide in website? Did you buy it in CHUWI website or Amazon?

I bought it from CHUWI website.

I tried contacting CHUWI though service@chuwi.com and store@chuwi.com. Both no response.

What should i do now ?
