Why they don't answer?

Hi,

I bought a Ubook X the 6 th of August and the Fulfillment Status is still Unfulfilled (what does that mean by the way ?)
I try to contact chuwi to know when my order will be sent but no answer… I try :

How can I contact them ?

I need this computer for my work and I took it from their website because of DHL service (delivery in 5 to 15 days). But if they don’t send it there is no point…

Yo tampoco logro respuesta. Escribo al Forum y mandan a que escriba por mail, escribo por mail y me dicen que busque ayuda en el Website. ¿quien puede ayudarme? Mi Mino Pc Corebox no funciona y tiene 10 dias de uso
