I’m trying to contact your shop support regarding my CoreBook X order at store@chuwi.com with no success since Feb 2021.
The laptop was purchased and paid for but still hasn’t been shipped. All your stores show it as out of stocks now but at the moment of purchase, it was available.
Please clarify what’s going on and don’t become another scammer that steals money from ppl.
