Hi! What did you finally do in order to get a new battery? I also needed a new one because the one in my Chuwi Aerobook stopped working a few months ago. I contacted to Service Chuwi (the email below) and they are asking me to transfer them money via Paypal, which is really weird. Thanks in advance for your help!
