How to know if I have the European or the Japanese EC version Minibook 8? I`m abit confused because some say they bricked their minibook with installing the wrong EC version? Thanks!

Japanese Minibook has a Japanese Keyboard.

Thank you, Svauly. I wasnt sure because I read here that someone bricked their minibook with installing the wrong bios EC so I thought there must be a Japanese bios somewhere that I didnt see. I`m a real NOOB lol. Have you done the scrubbing of the bios so the fans are less noisy? If so, how did you do it if I may ask? Thanks for replying by the way!

I have the new 2022 Version with the J4125, mine isn’t that loud.
