Unzip files to usb drive and boot from it.
sure? dont work for me. dont boot.
Probably your usb has hidden partitions or wrong file system. Try to use another usb drive.
Also try to rename usb to WinPE.
format in nfs or exfat?
Should work with ntfs.
Some people also have problems with original system, here is one of the solution.
- Easeus Boot ISO - WinPE Version
- GPT Disk
- UEFI Mode
- NTFS Format
- Cluster Size 4096 Bytes
- RUFUS ==> LATEST RELEASE ( 3.10 )
i test with 2 pen usb and both dont boot, always this error screen, what can i do now?
Make sure that storage in GPT and usb setup starts in uefi.
And try to disable secure boot.
I see that you have linux installed? I’m not sure how things work in this situations. 
Check in console that ssd in gpt.
How about to boot into any WinPE and install windows with tools like WinNTSetup .

Here is PE https://www.hirensbootcd.org/ . When you boot from it, find WinNTSetup. The program has an easy interface, so you probably do not need instructions for it.
