I purchased a CHUWI MiniBook X 2023 (12th Alder-N N100) in May, but it came without the operating system installed, even though it should have included Windows 11 preinstalled. I contacted support, but I have not received any assistance to resolve this issue.

I have now tried to install Windows 11, but it is not working correctly. The screen format is vertical instead of horizontal, and the touchscreen is not functioning either. I cannot find the drivers for this device. Can someone here help me?
