Can I install the Chrome on Herobook 64GB/ 4GB with Intel Atom x5 E8000? Also Office , power point and word.

Office is a paid application, so you will need a license to use or purchase one.
I personally recommend Office 365 Home, which is possible to install for multiple users and on multiple devices for a price of 99 Euros per year. It also offers 1TB cloud storage per user.
As for Chrome, it is a browser that is not included in the rom installed for legal reasons but you can install it without any problem just by typing “chrome” in your browser and select the entry “download Chrome Now”
