Hello, which password you have lost? Windows password?

The password was choosen by me, I think not für windows.
But I have forgotten it.
I am 76 years old…
What I have to do, to come in?
Whatever I try, nor reaction.

The screen is dark. In the middle I see a little blue field “Enter Password: Invalid Password”

But yesterday it was possible to start the laptop!!
I made the updates. I was able to look into an external hdd.
Then I shut down the laptop.
Today, when I wanted to start the laptop again, nothing happened.
I only could see “Invalid Password”
