I bought a new laptop with windows 11 installed. I started setting it up. When I set up my email apparently Microsoft took over my computer. I received a message saying password was too easy to guess and I should change it. I did but when I tried to get into computer again it says wrong password. I have tried new & old. I finally picked up my phone. New password didn’t work but old one did. Now I can’t get into my computer at all. How do I recover or reset?
