Keypad not working with Mate 19.3 or Ubuntu 20.4

I would like to install Mint 19,3 or Ubuntu 20.4 but running live sessions with both of them the touchpad is not working, i can see the cursor but not moving it.

So I’ve stopped the installation process.

Any suggestion ?
