I’m recently having touchpad issues where my mouse cursor all of sudden starts to jump around and act weird. I can’t smoothly control it anymore. This stays for awhile until all of a sudden everything’s back to normal again and working. So this happens very randomly and I really don’t know what could be the problem. I’ve already tried resetting Windows and reinstalling the touchpad driver. None of this has worked.
Help would be much appreciated. Otherwise I’ll have to get a replacement unit.

Since my device is from amazon and I’m still in the time period where I can just send it back, I think this is what I’m gonna do. Because now I also have a dead pixel on the screen. I think I’ll get a replacement, since I’m really satisfied with the unit itself as long as it’s working. Hopefully the new one is gonna work without any issues. Please keep your fingers crossed for me!
