Hi guys, i have a problem with my lapbook. yestreday i do the first charge and the battery won’t charge to 100% but it stops at 93%. How can i fix it?
Probably you need to perform several discharge and charge cycles, maximum battery level should start to increase.
I have the same issue since 6 month(since i opened up the package, after i bought it) and it is still not working. How can i fix it?

Hey, so after a few days is charging any better? Today I received my Lapbook Pro and I have the same problem, it stops at 89%, even after addisional 4 hours charging it stays the same. Should I send it back?

I read that the power supply goes with 12V. I also read something with 5V. What is right. I have ordered this laptop but have not received it yet. I need a second power supply so that I don’t have to take the power supply with me every time. I need one for home and one for work.

Buonasera Mattia! Ho lo stesso problema e oramai sono 16 giorni che ho il pc, le ho provate proprio tutte e penso che sia un problema hardware. Dal caricare da spento il pc fino ad aprirlo e staccare la batteria. Domani proverò a farlo arrivare allo 0 e tenerlo una giornata intera in carica da spento.

a me il computer è arrivato il 31/03
io ho provato a cercare e ci vuole una batteria generica con lo steso voltaggio… appena finisco le videolezioni inizio a far scaricare il pc e ti faccio sapere

Però ho visto su internet una foto del computer smontato e la batteria ha un buco nella parte centrale dove passa una vite per la chiusura posteriore
sicuro che fosse un lapbook pro? io quando lo ho smontato non ho trovato nessuna vite nel centro della batteria, sicuro che non fosse lo slot ssd m2? dovrei provare anche con un aggiornamento del bios forse potrebbe funzionare. comunque ora è al 6%… stasera lo accendo e vedo come va
Ho provato ad accenderlo ora, dopo 3 ore di carica da spento e si è caricato fino al 89%, prima si caricava fino al 83%. Missà che sia un problema di calibrazione della batteria.
