Problème charge incomplète LapBook plus incomplete charging issue

J’ai acheté un LapBook Plus il y a un peu plus d’un mois et rencontre déjà un problème de batterie, qui ne peut être chargée au-delà de 93%, le voyant de charge restant toujours rouge.

Quelqu’un a-t-il rencontré le même problème et dispose-t-il d’une solution ?

I purchased a LapBookPlus a little more than one month ago and already encounter a battery-charging problem, the battery not charging over 93%. The charging indicator stays red and never turns green.

Has someone already faced the same issue and got a solution to sort it out ?

Essayez d’effectuer un étalonnage de la batterie, en la laissant s’épuiser au minimum et en la rechargeant à nouveau. Effectuez le processus deux ou trois fois.

Has solucionado el problema, yo me encuentro como tu mismo problema y no se como solucionarlo.

No ho solucionado eso problema. Ahora puedo cargar a 95% pero no 100.

Gracias por tu consejo. Ho probado pero no puedo cargar mas de 95%, y la luz esta siempre roja. Penso, que hay un problema con la bateria, que es deficiente.

Unplug the battery for at least 2 hours.
Press the START button.
Plug your battery.
Start Windows 10
The battery will go to 100%.
But after it will not charge again.
So I have to do it every time the battery is low.
