Unsure of what steps to take from here.
Was given from a coworker that isn’t privy to its history.
Perhaps the graphics drivers?
This seems reminiscent of a dying video card and/or the ram associated with it.
I don’t recall that ever being a thing with on board graphics like in this case though…
Leading me to think maybe the drivers…
