When booting up, the laptop opens to the BIOS Recovery tab with the message “ROM image is not loaded / ROM image update denied”.
Is any BIOS flash file available?
If you can enter the BIOS, You may have problems with the OS or the hard drive.
You can take a picture of the BIOS, the boot, which says boot with the Windows disk.
The BIOS appears to be fine and detects the hard drive.
You’re supposed to have important information on the laptop.
To recover your data, you can try burning a USB flash drive with a version of Linux and booting the laptop into Linux. See if it detects the hard drive.
Copy the information to an external drive.
