UBook Pro 8100Y "ROM Image not loaded"

I’m getting an error message

"ROM Image not loaded

ROM Image update denied"

on a brand new UBook Pro that I purchased. From what it looks like, I will need to flash the BIOS. The serial number for the Ubook Pro is: PQ256G20041144

Can I please get the file to update/reinstall the BIOS?

Sent this to service@chuwi.com as well, just looking for a quicker response if anyone already has the BIOS update/downgrade file to correct this.

More than a bios error, it seems like a failure in the SSD whose boot sector seems damaged either by a failure or by some impact during transportation. If the SSD storage is accessible, try detaching it and reconnecting it. If this does not work, I would return the product.
