I uninstalled the UHD 600 Graphics driver and installed the one recommended here -

Hello! I just made a backup from my new unit after first reboot. You can donwload them, from here-> LarkBox DRIVERS Windows 10 Backup made with DriverBackup! 2.1 Revision 7, also included.

Still the images are grainy.
