Larkbox Pro Bitlocker Issue

My new Larkbox Pro Windows 11 can recognize and decode bitlocker USB drives, but won’t let me use bitlocker to encode the 128GB SSD that is installed in the unit, says it’s not supported. How do I use bitlocker to encode the SSD that is in the Larkbox Pro I just bought?

maybe @manonegra222 would be able to help a bit?

Bitlocker is not available on Windows 11 home, only on Windows Pro

That used to be true - it is no longer the case. See How to enable BitLocker device encryption on Windows 11 Home - Pureinfotech

I have now found this: Device Encryption Support Reasons for failed automatic device encryption: PCR7 binding is not supported, Hardware Security Test Interface failed and device is not Modern Standby.

HOWEVER - it turns out that this error may be caused because Secure Boot is not turned on in the BIOS! The question is… do I risk bricking my Lark if I turn Secure Boot on?

NOPE. Here is the problem - the TPM is 1.38, which means that a Windows 11 version which has been modified to eliminate the TPM 2.0 requirement was used.
