Sometimes after many attempts (power off, then unplug power, wait some time, plug it and power on), the BIOS is able to detect the SSD and to start Win 11.
I saw in the user manual to wait at least 10s but preferably 60s … which is a long time and is painful, additionally I am not sure it offers a best chance to start.
It is on a fresh install and update of Win11 (Mini PC received yesterday) SN SLarBXGZ1H240504888
As i said :
Reinstall the system download everything from here
. I dont know why customers always reinstall a WIndows that is not ours when a new compuiter is just bought. Our computers are customized so they will have issues on other Windows.
If still has same issue, send it back for a replace
I never wrote it is not your windows, it is yours, I just mean we all have to finish the install, choose a PC name, a user name etc. and update Windows, this is part of a fresh install. So I understand it is more an HW issue, than a Windows issue, isn’t it?
