Left USB-C Port Not Working on Freebook N150

Hello,
I recently purchased a Freebook N150, and I noticed that the USB-C port on the left side is not working. I have tested it with different devices and cables, but it doesn’t respond at all.

How can I fix this issue? Is there any driver or firmware update that might solve the problem?

Yes, but I thought it was a problem with updates or drivers. Support isn’t giving me any concrete answers. They say to put the laptop in tablet mode and everything will work. Unfortunately, Windows 11 should automatically activate tablet mode, but it doesn’t work on this Chuwi Freebook N150. The driver is installed correctly, Windows 11 is up to date… but when I fold the screen, the display doesn’t rotate.
