Approximately month ago the touchscreen stopped working. Futhermore, laptop isnt recognizing the tablet mode if you rotate the screen now. It looks like the problem is in that HID device which is giving the error code 10. Ive tried tons of drivers from this forum and internet, also tried drivers from chuwi support, but their archive doesen’t contain anything about display. Last step was reinstalling the system from official chuwi support site - but the error is still here. Can you help me?
My serial number is - JFreeBCY1I250500461, screen diagonal is 13.5 inches
