Good afternoon I bought the computer on the page on the Global Site of https://www.chuwi.com/ Order #GLB24071, my serial number is ZZMinBXHY4H241102936 I updated my operating system (Windows) now the touch screen attached photos no longer works. The computer apparently has no problem in Drivers but the touch screen does not work, please help me I already downloaded and installed the original system from factory with WINPE but I still have the problem of the touch screen that is not enabled, please help me.

Muy gracioso por eso puse esto en Foro ya que no he recibido respuesta directa del soporte de Chuwi y en cuanto a los drivers de la pantalla táctil se supone que ya lo instalo pero no funciona hay algo que hace que no funcione la pantalla táctil y antes de decirme que es un problema de hardware no es así ya que no le paso nada ninguna caida ni nada lo único que hice es que le cambie el SO y de ahi ya no volvió a funcionar pero agradezco tu sugerencia

no tengo idea de a que correo le escribiste al soporte, hay una pagina donde te pregunta donde compraste el dispositivo, escribi una vez al soporte y me respondieron.
