That is not the Serial Number. Its written on the back of the tablet should be iuBook3233..323

but in my BIOS file SF133GR320-GH60B is at the end not GH60A does not play a decisive role?

I also need the AMI_GLK_SPI_8MB file for flashing and the EC.Bin, otherwise this cannot be carried out.
