Hello I have a CHUWI Mini PC Herobox, Intel Celeron J4125 8GB RAM 256GB SSD Quad Core 64-Bit, 2.4G/5G Dual WiFi, 1.1GHz to 2.4GHz, Type-C HDMI and VGA
Yesterday my PC Herobox froze whilst reading a MicroSD card in under Windows. I had to make a reset by holding down the power button down for 15 seconds.
I am now unable to start the PC, if I press the power button the blue power light comes on for a second then goes out, there is no access to the Bios and I don’t even get the splash CHUWI logo appearing. I have tried unplugging the power supply leaving it for a few hours, restarting. I have tried plugging in the power supply and restarting. each time I get the same results single flash of the blue light next to the power button and nothing else.
Suggestions please?
