Chuwi Herobox Mini PC does not resume from sleep, why?
Yes, my 2nd Herobox does not sleep properly, nor wake. But the power light stays on. So I must unplug the power cord and plug it back in to reset the computer in order to use it. Even the reset button does not seem to work.
I did turn off PCI express power management, which can cause such problems apparently. So that’s not my problem. Check yours: Link State Power Management should be set to: off. Deep in the advanced settings of power management.
I will email Chuwi about this.
My Herobox doesn’t even turn the blue light on when it’s plugged in and I’m clicking on the on button. What does this mean. It’s not broken because I got it last week and it worked fine. What should I do?
