Hi, I just got my Minibook 8 N150. Windows says fingerprint is not available as a login option. Device Manager doesn’t show any unknown devices though. Can you provide a driver set for this new minibook?
Serial number according to BIOS is ZMiniBIM2H250500568, bought in Indonesia (Tokopedia) today 25/6/2025.

Can you upload an image of the fingerprint reader ?
I’m asking because if you look at the image, the line with the blue exclamation mark says:
We couldn’t find a compatible fingerprint scanner.
I’m not sure what user manual you’re referring to: there was nothing in the box and the Chuwi site doesn’t even list the N150 model of the Minibook 8 yet, let alone any support documentation for it.
Anyway, this is the windows setting for fingerprint, it also shows “couldn’t find compatible fingerprint scanner”, which is what I meant when I said Windows says fingerprint is not available as a login option :
