Hi, I have a new minibook x (old version with pen) still in warranty.
Today I turned on the pc but only a black screen with a She’ll appears. Windows does not boot anymore.
I tried to check the Bios, I can enter Bios without problem. I cannot find the hard drive section.
What should I do?
Is the SSD faulty?
Is there a way to check if the SSD is recognised by the Bios?
