Today all of sudden both USB ports stopped working, I can charge my laptop through both USB ports but I cannot use them for any other purpose for example flash drive doesn’t work, connecting a phone through USB cable doesn’t work and so on…
Did you install any windows update or any other app?

Did you check if the computer recognizes the USB? inside administrator panel?
Give me your serial number, lets see if installing drivers would help.

They only accept charge from the notebook’s charger.
I reinstalled all the drivers. But still USB ports don’t work.

Those are the drivers, if you installed and still no work, its either a cable disconnected inside the motherboard or hardware, but is strange, that suddenly they stop.

Strange thing is that I can charge my laptop using both USB ports…But nothing else.
So I doubt if USB ports are dead else I couldn’t charge my Minibook X N100

solution is to change the battery (coast 30€)
2 options :
you do it by youre self if you are not under warenty
or
you send it to Chuwi Repair Station that it coast around 65€ (including parcel coast)
My battery works between 1.5 to 2 hours

in fact, battery is make with // cell
Pb is that some Cell are died and certainly in short circuit
there is automatic disconnector between each // Cell inside the battery
When Cell die it disconnect it from the rest of the battery
that allow it to contine charge/discharge
in reality this disconnector are here to avoid battery auto combustion / fire
Real Pb is Died cell inflate
and that swelling disconnect USB data connexion
Make a visual Check to see if you find mechanical bump under your MiniBook
close to the USB-C ports
I can’t see any as of know. It is under warranty so I can’t open it myself for now

try to find if the issue is not linked of an software conflict
display your peripherique gestionnaire to see if there is conflict showed in Yellow Mark in link with USB or Controler …
if there is some, make a screen capture please

Dane thing happened to my computer it was only four months old ,they wsnt me to send it to china to get it fixed .
Tha shipping cost almost same as the the new one .worset company ever .
