I am not able to personalized my desktop due to the Windows being inactivated. It cannot be activated despite troubleshooting. What can I do to fix it immediately, please.
You could buy a very cheap os key from allkeyshop or other similar site and try to activate it.
You can ask support.
As far as I know, Windows comes pre-installed.
There should be an OEM key hardcoded in the BIOS that Windows checks to activate automatically. Did you re-install Windows? If so, did you get an installer from Microsoft directly?
