I’ve just bought HIPEN H6. I already checked the led is on green so its mean fully charge so I test everything by touching the tip either click the button but still there is no response on the touch screen. My touch screen are fine because it can detect my finger tip. Please help me

Might just be that the pen is malfunctioning, did you contact your retailer?

Well Hipen 6 work just on Ubook PRO! You need to buy Hipen 3!
