My Hero book Pro could not be charged since day 1 from receipt

Hi,
Please! Can anybody help me as my battery level is now less than20% and the Herobook Pro cannot be charged since I received from day 1 which is 16th June 2020…
I hope I did not buy a bad product.

What is the charging port it using anyway? seem like standard charger port?
