Hi, I’ve lost my webcam - doesn’t show up in device manager or hardware scan. We moved Windows 10 to a new drive (from the C Drive) as there was an ‘available space’ issue and now the camera doesn’t work. Any help would be appreciated. Regards, Brendan.

Won’t be buying another CHUWI as there isn’t any support and there’s no software updates (e.g. BIOS) and trouble shooting software besides Windows 10.

I sent a support request for my webcam (Lapbook Air) - it disappeared from the devices list when I upgraded Windows. We extracted the webcam driver rar you sent however the executable does nothing.
Can you please check the rar you sent?
