No product code found on device and can't activate windows

Hi there. Have tried to activate windows on my device and get the error message that no product key can be found on the device…error code 0xCO04F213. When I open command prompt as an admin and run the command: wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
No product key is indicated and when I run the command: slmgr /xpr
I get the reply that windows is in notification mode, meaning I presume, it is waiting for an product key to be entered, which I do not have.
Can anyone help with this issue?

Hey ML.I have contacted support@chuwi.com, twice now over the past 6 weeks and have received no reply whatsoever. Have you got a way of contacting them and ensuring they answer as i am getting very frustrated.
