Win 10 Activation

I recently reinstalled Windows 10 on my tablet. Now it says it needs to be activated. I tried the command
wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
but the key that is shown is not accepted in the activation process.

Where can I get a working Win 10 activation key? I already contacted chuwi support via email, but no response yet.

My tablet ID is Hi10 XG128G210400269

The chuwi support has sent me a new WIndows key. The activation now worked. Case closed.

I have the same problem. I have purchased a Chuwi Hi10X tablet, and Windows 10 is asking for a product key.
I have contacted Chuwi support, but I have not received any response.
How long did it take in your case?

  • First contact with chuwi support: 30.07.
  • Reminder with photos of the tablet-id and screenshots of the Windows activation screen: 03.08.
  • Mail from Support with working key: same day, two hours later.

This is now becoming really unpleasant
First contacted the support on 20.08 => no response
Reminder sent on 24.08 => no response
Contacted via chat on Facebook => no response

This is unacceptable!
How can this be escalated?
