No Soundcard after upgrade Windows 11 Pro ( 24H2)

After update to Windows 11 Pro ( version 24H2) i don’t have any soundcard !!!
Downloaded the drivers from the support section , but this was not a solution !!!
Problem is i need the drivers for the soundcard ASAP as this pc will be used a communication center.

so the ORIGINAL drivers from the drivers pack don’t work !!!
how to solve this ???

The PC comes with Windows 11 Pro or Windows 11.
In my experience, updates don’t cause issues with the drivers.

here i don’t see any sound options , the only that is see is “SOUND FROM EXTERNAL COMPUTER
i can’t select any thing else , final result NO SOUND at all
