The order has been cancelled I have not received the refund in my bank account. When will I receive the refund?
I just talked to my colleague of the global store, he cancelled because you did not agree to pay customs. the refund will be completed in around 3 days. Is not inmediate depends on the system . I apologize for the inconvenience.

I have received the refund though it’s not complete I m glad anyway thank you
maybe it was for the commision of the refund. I am sorry that finally you could not order from us. I hope in future we can place more local shops
