I have reinstalled Windows 11 on my HI10 Max and my GemiBook Plus, and now on both devices, I cannot get a wireless Wi-Fi connection.
Additionally, on the GemiBook Plus, the trackpad does not register any input (I currently have to use a mouse).
The serial number for the Hi10Max is: ZHiMaxHZ1H250401750
The serial number for the GemiBook Plus is: XGeBPLIC4H250302506
I’m assuming it’s a driver issue, as the option to connect to a wireless network is simply not an option. I bought both devices from www.chuwi.com about 2 weeks ago.
