No WIFI Hi10Max and GemiBook Plus

I have reinstalled Windows 11 on my HI10 Max and my GemiBook Plus, and now on both devices, I cannot get a wireless Wi-Fi connection.

Additionally, on the GemiBook Plus, the trackpad does not register any input (I currently have to use a mouse).

The serial number for the Hi10Max is: ZHiMaxHZ1H250401750

The serial number for the GemiBook Plus is: XGeBPLIC4H250302506

I’m assuming it’s a driver issue, as the option to connect to a wireless network is simply not an option. I bought both devices from www.chuwi.com about 2 weeks ago.

I found the drives on one of the forums,

If you go to Device Manager and see which drivers are missing, then use the feature to search within a folder. Select the folder, and the drivers should be found.

I dont know why everybody reinstall Windows in a just new computer, the WIndows that comes is the most updated one. Then these problems appears.
