Hi10 CWI515 Atom x5-Z8300 Missing Drivers after Windows 11 Install

Hello everyone,

I already checked support.chuwi.com, but when I enter my device information (Hi10 Q64G42161201355) I receive the following error message: “Database Working Un-normal now, Please contact local retails and distributor for Service”

So I am creating this post to ask for support.

  1. Serial Number: Q64G42161201355

  2. Where and when did you buy it: Gearbest, February 2017

  3. Detailed problem description:

I completely wiped the tablet to perform a clean installation of Windows, as I no longer need Android.

I know that Windows 11 is not officially supported on this model, however:

  • Windows 10 has reached end of life and will no longer receive security updates.
  • Windows 11 was installed successfully using the official Microsoft ISO, removing the TPM requirement via Rufus.
  • The system boots and runs correctly.

However, after installation I am missing several essential drivers:

  • No Wi-Fi
  • No touchscreen
  • No camera
  • Other devices are also not recognized in Device Manager

Because the device was fully wiped, I no longer have the original drivers or recovery image.

I would like to ask if you can please provide Windows drivers package for CHUWI Hi10 CWI515. I already tried some of the download here on the forum, but nothing has worked so ar (or maybe I missed it).

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

You can use the Snappy driver installer.
